YEAR TWO LIFE
SCIENCES (LSM) EXPERIMENTAL AND ELECTIVE MODULES
Starting from Academic
Year 2009/2010, the Life Sciences major graduation requirements
are for Year Two students to read
either one of the Elective modules LSM2241 or LSM2251,
and only one of the Experimental
modules LSM2201A, LSM2202A or LSM2203.
We want to point out that
students who have successfully completed one Elective and
Experimental module, would not be allowed to read any other
module from either of these categories. Students who want to
read additional modules from these categories, can appeal in
person at the Life Sciences Operating Centre (LSOC) during CORS
Exercise.
This provision has been
put in place to ensure all Year Two students have equal chance
of reading the modules of their choice and to avoid unfortunate
instances where some students have missed out.
In addition, these Elective and
Experimental modules will now be offered in both semesters!
We want our students to
have the best study experience and we are sure you will agree
that this is the best way forward.

been approved to do Minor in Life Sciences. Please come to LSOC
(Life Sciences Operating Centre) to sign up for Level 1000 LSM
modules. The modules will be pre-allocated to you.

Hours: Mon 27th July to Tue 11th Aug 2009, Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 12.00
